At The Garden Spa our goal is to provide our clients with the finest skin care, anti ageing, spa and beauty treatments available within a beautiful, tranquil environment. Our Team

At The Garden Spa, we only employ Diploma qualified Beauty and Massage therapists as we believe our clients deserve the very best. Our team of highly skilled therapists attend regular training in order to provide you with the very latest in anti-ageing, skincare, spa and beauty treatments to ensure you achieve the best possible results. The team at The Garden Spa are passionate about skin, health and wellbeing and are committed to providing exceptional customer service to each and every guest. Our Spa

Situated in the heart of Manly on Sydney’s famous Northern Beaches, we are a modern day spa and beauty salon with a delightful outdoor garden area. The Garden Spa has four beautifully themed treatment rooms designed with client comfort, relaxation and privacy in mind. From the moment you arrive at the spa, you will be nurtured by one of our highly trained therapists who will take the time to listen and tailor treatments suited to your needs. At the completion of your spa experience, clients are invited to relax and awake peacefully in our beautiful outdoor garden whilst sipping on our signature teas.

Booking Policy

The Garden Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ‘No show’ appointments and  appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Clients will receive a SMS confirmation 48 hours prior to the appointment and a phone call 24 hours before the appointment if an SMS confirmation is not received. If using a Gift Card please quote your Gift Card number at the time of booking and bring the Gift Card with you to the appointment.
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for Saturdays and Thursday nights to avoid disappointment.
Lastly we request a 50% deposit for all packages and appointments of 2 hours and over at the time of booking.

Gift Card Policy

The Garden Spa Gift Cards are a great way to spoil family members and friends and can be purchased in salon, online or by phone. Our Gift Cards never expire. Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash but are transferrable and can be used on all treatments and/or products. If using a Gift Card please quote the Card number at the time of booking and bring with you to your appointment. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Please note: The Garden Spa’s normal Booking Policy applies. Any resulting fees will be charged against the Gift Card.

Spa Etiquette

Arrival
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to allow plenty of time for parking and for us to check you in. This will ensure you can enjoy every minute of your scheduled time. Please understand that arriving late will shorten your allocated treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next client. Re-booking
Remember to re-book your next appointment before you leave the spa to avoid disappointment in not securing your preferred appointment times.

Preserving the Peace
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the spa we respectfully request that mobile phones are to be switched to silent and voices are to be kept low to ensure the enjoyment and relaxation for all clients.

Garden
At the completion of your spa experience, clients are invited to relax and awake peacefully in our beautiful outdoor garden whilst sipping on our signature teas. Complimentary for all treatments over 60 minutes.

Groups
Why not book out The Garden Spa for your next Hen’s party or group event.  We can tailor a package to suit your requirements and organise food and drinks to be served whilst you relax with your family and friends. POA

Hygiene Standards
At The Garden Spa we maintain the highest hygiene standards across all treatments. No shortcuts are taken with regards to consumables, single use equipment, cleaning or sterilizing or any other component of our treatments to ensure our clients health and safety at all times.
